Have you ever run into the dreaded line behind the Car Rental counter? Or worse, have you had to jump on a tram or bus to go to the Car Rental Center? Stop that! It is no longer necessary! Besides, you end up feeling like a penny waiting for change when they get done with ya!
Instead, book through Turo! All of the communication & check-in takes place prior to arrival, on the Turo app. The car will simply be sitting there waiting for you in short term parking. It will be clean, gassed up and ready for you! You may ask, but what about showing my drivers license, or giving them my credit card, or discussion about insurance, or sorting through those crazy fueling options? All of those things are DONE, long before you travel, and in a way that seems really easy….even, Surprisingly Easy!

So, with Turo you just need to stay on top of things. We didn’t feel like we were when a customer showed up and sent us the following picture:
Now, you may think we have the anticipatory skills of a teenager, but we are currently managing a fleet of 7 vehicles and these things can happen. This gentleman was able to pull it out of the snow drift and got a nice discount on his next rental! 😊
Other forehead slapping incidents include a customer waiting for us to unlock the door while we are attending a funeral with no phone access. Oh, and Colin now has the locksmith on speed dial because of intermittent cell reception at the Peoria airport!
Aside from a few of these things, we still focus on making this all ‘surprisingly easy’!
